Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment or service with Bekka Collective, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please take a moment to read them carefully before confirming your booking.

1. Wedding Bookings

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your wedding date.

• Wedding dates are not secured until the deposit has been received and confirmed by Bekka Collective.

• Deposits become non-refundable within six (6) months of the booked wedding date.

• The remaining balance is due as agreed upon in your booking confirmation (typically prior to the wedding date).

• Any reduction in services (e.g., fewer people requiring makeup or hair) after booking may still be subject to the original quoted amount if within six months of the wedding date.

2. In-Salon Appointments

• Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total service cost.

• “No-shows” (failure to attend without notice) will be charged 100% of the booked service amount.

• Late arrivals of more than 10–15 minutes may result in a shortened appointment or cancellation at the discretion of Bekka Collective, with applicable fees still payable.

3. Payments

• All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may be subject to change without notice.

• Payments can be made via bank transfer or Square (card payment).

• Outstanding balances must be paid prior to or on the day of service, as specified in your booking confirmation.

• Deposits and fees are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing by Bekka Collective.

4. Travel & On-Location Services

• Travel fees may apply for on-location bookings and will be confirmed during the quotation process.

• Parking and/or accommodation costs (if applicable) are the responsibility of the client and will be added to the final invoice if required.

5. Hygiene, Health & Allergies

• Please inform your artist or stylist of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your appointment.

• Bekka Collective is not responsible for any allergic reactions that may occur if the client fails to disclose relevant health information.

• All tools and products are sanitised between clients in accordance with professional hygiene standards.

6. Photography & Social Media

• With your consent, Bekka Collective may capture photos or videos of your finished look for portfolio and social media purposes.

• If you prefer not to have your image shared, please advise in writing prior to your appointment.

7. Force Majeure

In the unlikely event that Bekka Collective is unable to fulfill your booking due to unforeseen circumstances beyond control (including illness, accidents, or extreme weather), all reasonable efforts will be made to find a suitable replacement. If this is not possible, any payments made (excluding non-refundable deposits where applicable) will be refunded.

8. Agreement

By paying your deposit or booking any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

In salon makeup service - $180

In Salon Hair Styling - $150
